RETURN POLICY

1. Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please promptly contact us (within 14 days) at team@eaglenutrition.com.au or call our office at (07) 5508 2505 Mon to Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm AEST. We will require details and a photograph(s) of the defective product(s).

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5 working days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product(s) or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
